Boys and Girls Club

Candace Sexton, Interim Executive Director Boys and Girls Club receives the Kiwanis contribution from the Greenfield Kiwanis Club President Becky Riley.


Candace Sexton, Interim Executive Director of the Boys and Girls Club of Hancock County told Kiwanis members about current activities at the club.   She noted that there the administrative changes taking place have not interrupted any of the youth programming. 

The Boys and Girls Club stresses programs that adhere to their vision statenent:
“Provide a world-class Club Experience that assures success is within reach of every young person who enters our doors, with all members on track to graduate from high school with a plan for the future, demonstrating good character and citizenship, and living a healthy lifestyle.”

The operating costs per child are about $576.  Membership cost per child is $35 and $35 for transportation costs.   The remainder of the cost is covered by community organizations, individuals and the United Way.
