Youth Clubs Report

Maggie Dobson, Treasurer and Halle Wynn, Vice-President from Greenfield Builders Club

Emily Crafton, Treasurer; Amanda Dobson,President Elect; and Hannah Edwards, President from Greenfield Key Club

Kien Dalton,Vice President;  Jennifer Blasdel, Advisor; Louis Clark, President; and Brianna Jack Secretary of Maxwell K-Kids

Ellei Coleman, President; Sarah Baker, Vice-President; and Katie Creamer, Advisor of Greenfield K-Kids



Greenfield Kiwanis heard reports from each of their four sponsored youth clubs. 

The K-Kids which are youth clubs for grades 4-6 are located at Greenfield and Maxwell Intermediate Schools. 

Maxwell K-Kids are advised by Jennifer Blasdel and Kiwanis representative Chris Norwood.  This past year the club raised over $900 for the Relay for Life, collected clothing for Hope House, and sang carols at Springhurst Healthcare.

The Greenfield K-Kids are advised by Katie Creamer and Kiwanis representative Terry Beagle.  This past year the club raised over $2,100 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and collected over 3,150 cans of food for the 40,000 pounds of food project.

The Greenfield Builders club is for grade 7 and 8 at Greenfield Central Junior High School.  The club is advised by Jeremy Spencer and Kiwanis representative Paulette Richardson.   The club raised funds for the heart association,  made birthday bags for the Food Pantry, visited residents at Springhurst Healtcare, and helped plant trees.  

They Key Club is  for high school students at Greenfield-Central High School.   The club is advised by Michelle Marler and Lee Vaughn from the faculty and Scott Kleine and Dan Riley from Kiwanis.  This past year the club collected money for Unicef, made birthday bags for the Food Pantry, worked with the Cystic Fibrosis walk, raised money for the Water project, collected money for backpacks in India, adopted a family at Christmas and helped with the Day of Service.
