Joanie Fitzwater Greenfield Planning

Joanie Fitzwater, Planning Director for the City of Greenfield told Kiwanis about the new Comprehensive Plan adopted in 2015.  The plan is divided into 10 chapters addressing issues and goals for the future.  The chapters are:

3. Land Use
4. Housing and Neighborhood
5. Parks, Trails, and Open Spaces 
6. Transportation
7. Education, Public Service, and Utilities
8. Downtown
9. Economic Development
10. Redevelopment
