Bob Hunt Masonic Building Restoration

Bob Hunt says he and his wife Bev are the current custodians of the remodeled Masonic building which houses the Creative Arts and Event center.  The Masonic temple that once housed F& AM Lodge 101 and the J. Ward Walker Department Store was built in 1895. Hunt purchased the building and restored it.  It currently houses art studios, a restaurant, a bridal store, and event space.

The three story building with a full basement has approximately 7,500 square feet per level.  The stained glass window on the third floor in the east is 11 feet x 11 feet.  The exterior of the building is Bedford limestone.
