Bobbie Harsh, Controller of CRF First Choice, an accredited agency providing residential services to individuals who are developmentally disabled spoke to Kiwanis about her agency and the services they provide. CRF provides services to over 300 people around the state. 16 of those people live in Greenfield, 5 in their own homes, 11 in 4 different group homes.
